“I know the price of success: dedication, hard work,
and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen
.”

~ Frank Lloyd Wright

If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got

When I speak to business owners, I frequently hear that they are drowning in their work load, responsibilities, time management, staffing issues, delivery issues… the daily grind.

When I mention that I am a Business Growth Specialist, and when I explain what coaching entails, I often hear alarm bells ringing as they envisage more hard work to add to their load.

Now let me ask you this – is it better to accept that your business today is how your business will always be? Or to embrace change and take action to achieve the greatness you know it is capable of?

If this strikes a chord then I urge you to read on, for the purpose of this blog is to silence the alarm and explain why business coaching is exactly what you need.

Simply put – hard work works

Yes – Business Coaching does take hard work and commitment. In the beginning it may seem like more work, but I can assure you it will lead to less. If you often feel like your business is driving you, wouldn’t it be a refreshing change to drive your business instead? By stepping outside of your comfort zone and embracing the coaching journey you will reap rewards, achieve your goals and shape the future of your business; a business that is capable of working without you. Imagine the freedom that comes with owning a successful business, but not being tied down by it!

When you make a commitment to business coaching, you are making a commitment to self-development and growth. To being open minded and trying new things. To figuring out what works for you and your business.

I can offer business growth strategies that are guaranteed to work and I can show you multiple business success stories to support this claim. The differentiating factor between the level of success achieved is the willingness of the business owner that implements them.

I will ask a lot of you as we work together. I will expect you to read books to expand your knowledge, to identify your weaknesses, to build new strengths, to challenge your team, to overcome boundaries and more – all of which will lead to new opportunities for growth. I will ask you to make a commitment to the coaching programme and I will expect you to give 110% at all times. I will hold you accountable for completing tasks on time and I will teach you how to work ON your business, not IN your business.

In return, I too will commit to the success of your business. I will share my experience, guide and challenge you. I will work in partnership with you to achieve the vision you have for your business and I will make the journey to success fun and enjoyable.

Great things come to those who work hard to achieve them.
