This Agreement is between You (Your Company or business entity) and Your Business Coach (hereinafter referred to as “ACTION“)

Terms & Conditions

  1. ActionCLUB materials you receive are confidential and proprietary, and cannot be used, disclosed or duplicated except within your own company. These materials are unpublished works protected by copyright laws and no unauthorised copying, adaptation, distribution storage or display is permitted.
  2. Our services are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless your Licensed ACTION Coach from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this document and in The Coaching Plan.
  3. While your Licensed ACTION Coach will be providing you with guidance, direction and programme materials, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself. You will be primarily accountable for producing the results in the Programme. In this way your ACTION Coach seeks to educate you in order to make your successful marketing a life-long activity.
  4. ActionCLUB Sessions are held on the 2nd and Last Thursday of each month at our offices, 1000-1230. These session may on occasion move to accommodate business closures such as Christmas etc. You will be given at least 30 days’ notice of these changes.
  5. If you’re unable to attend a session, please let Lynsey know that you won’t be attending via email – lynseylekeux@coaching-360.co.uk
  6. Sessions are none transferable/refundable.
  7. ActionCOACH reserves the right to replace your Licensed ACTION Coach with another Coach should it, in the opinion of ActionCOACH, become necessary.
  8. From time to time, your Licensed ACTION Coach will be required to attend educational workshops and take annual leave.
  9. Your ActionCLUB coaching package contains 24 group coaching sessions per annum, including Quarterly (4) GrowthCLUB days. During the months of GrowthCLUB one of your regular ActionCLUB Sessions will be cancelled.
  10. Your ActionCLUB membership also includes a complimentary membership to The Owners Network for yourself as the business owner.
  11. Your ActionCLUB membership also includes access to ActionCOACHs monthly BookCLUB and GrowthCLUB for yourself as the business owner.
  12. As part of the ActionCLUB program and agreement, you are required to complete your focus sheet before each session completing it in entirety. You are also required to action and implement any/all agreed tasks set and agreed upon during the ActionCLUB sessions.
  13. ACTION may from time to time, alter the content or structure of the program as it considers necessary, but at all times ACTION will continue to provide value for money.
  14. Membership to ActionCLUB must be set up and settled via Go Cardless. All fees are required to be paid in full by the due date stated on invoice.
  15. Any invoice queries are to be raised with Nicola, nicola@nicolagreavesbookkeeping.co.uk before the due date.
  16. You or ACTION, may elect to terminate this agreement at any time upon one full calendar months’ notice in writing. All outstanding invoices must be paid.
  17. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and ACTION, all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.
  18. This agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
  19. If any law imposes a change in the nature of a goods, services, consumption, value added or similar tax which is to assessed or payable on any of the moneys which the Client must pay ACTION then this is payable by the client to ACTION when it is due for payment.
