It is always a momentous occasion when a business reaches its first birthday and it is even more poignant for our team here at ActionCOACH Warwick in the current COVID-19 climate. On Friday 1st May we celebrated the anniversary of our first year in business with an alternative birthday party with our clients over Zoom. It was a delight to thank our clients for making it possible for us to reach this milestone.
Gifted coaching
When I started ActionCOACH Warwick in May 2019, with the vision of creating 150 millionaires over the next 15 years, I hadn’t really bargained on a global pandemic during the first year of operation!
During our first 10 months in business, I gifted 266 coaching sessions to 132 business owners in Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Banbury. The need to make business coaching accessible to more businesses has since been highlighted due to the coronavirus crisis. In March and April alone I increased my gifted coaching to 470 coaching sessions, reaching 607 people across the world. I plan to continue gifting coaching up to 15 hours per week for the remainder of the COVID-19 related trading restrictions on businesses.
What’s next for ActionCOACH Warwick?
It really has been the perfect first year for us despite the challenges of COVID-19. The whole team has thoroughly enjoyed building relationships and strengthening our client community. Being able to help so many businesses has been fantastic – seeing the immediate results it has had on their lives and their profits has been incredibly rewarding for us all.
We were delighted to receive two awards for our achievements in business coaching and for the difference we have made to the wider coaching community – the ‘Rookie Coach of the Year 2020’ and the ‘ActionCOACH ActionMAN’ awards.
We are now looking forward to our second year and our clients continuing to go from strength to strength. We’re excited about growing our client community and seeing them flourish as we step out of the COVID-19 climate.
