Kevin Riley

Business Growth Specialist

Why did you begin working for ActionCOACH?
I have experienced the highs and lows of owning a business and I want to use my experience to help others enjoy the highs and avoid the lows.

Tell us something interesting about yourself…
I truly believe in the importance of continued self learning, so I have set myself the challenge of reading 100 business books each year. If you want to know which books to read let me know (or join our BookCLUB!)

What is your favourite poem?
IF, by Rudyard Kipling. If you have never read it, look it up and let me know if it strikes a chord with you too.

I appeared on a number of TV programmes as a child – This is Your Life, The Human Factor and I am also mentioned in a book!

What are your favourite past times?
I love travelling and experiencing new cultures. I enjoy sharing these experiences with my husband Mike, twin girls Merryn and Issey, and our best friends who live in Australia.

I’m a keen jogger and I ran the London marathon in 2011. I’ve recently got my road bike out of the garage and am enjoying a couple of 20-40 mile cycles per week with my girl friends.

What’s your favourite quote?
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.

Paul Goundry

Business Coach

Paul has 20 years experience developing and leading large and small businesses across the world.

He has been a senior leader with organisations including Virgin Media, British Airways and BP and has seen what it takes to realise their full potential.

Paul specialises in developing Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR functions to ensure that all areas of business operate in an efficient and optimised way, and the business achieves ambitious growth targets in an ever-changing environment.

Paul has spent the past decade coaching hundreds of SMEs to help them to create financial and time freedom, something often harder for small businesses to achieve given how much typically falls to the business owner.
